Sweet as Honeysuckle

Back in January, I did post on silver peony, one of the top ten colors for spring as featured in Pantone's Spring 2011 Color Report.  Since spring is actually almost here (hurry up!), I thought I'd pay tribute to another pink tone in Pantone's report.


Honeysuckle, a bold reddish-toned pink is, in fact, the queen of colors; it was named Color of the Year for 2011.

    I'm typically not a fan of pink but I really like this color alot perhaps I'm converting.

    It has been a while since I have received such a large dose of bright, happy pink. It definitely perks up the mood. Already thinking about how to incorporate some honeysuckle into my wardrobe. Probably with a cardi--I have them in a rainbow of shades.

    I've been eye balling honeysuckle for a while. Like you, I try to keep up on what is hot for the year. I don't always like their choices, but I do love this! Great post, and I looooooove the dresses!

    Soooo yummy! Reminds me of yummy pink grapefruit...all the honeysuckle around these parts are white and yellow. Great post!

    I was never really a "pink" girl, but we are using this as an accent color for our wedding and I LOVE it! Black bridesmaid dresses with honeysuckle colored shoes and flowers. Just enough of a "pop"! :) Thank you for all the pictures!

    I'm definitely a huge fan of pink... and i think it's safe to say that honeysuckle is now my favorite shade of pink! I loved this post and all the pretty pictures... :)

    I've always loved this color (though in high school I wouldn't have admitted it lol). My favorite photos here are of the tree and the bunny art :)

    I love this shade of pink! I have a nail polish very similar to this color and it's one of my favorites!
