Today Is A Beautiful Day (I Made You a Present!)

Spring has been quite the tease here in Chicago so far this year, gracing us with little more than hints of its existence.  Regardless, I am immeasurably more creative in the warmer months, and even the slightest glimpses of sunshine and green peeking through the colorless endings of winter have been enough to provoke inspiration in me.

I decided that the best way for me to express the fact that I am glad OVERJOYED to say au revoir to the cold + dark season that I have affectionately named "Our Very Own Hell" was to design a bright, cheery, I-am-screaming-spring piece of art.  To give away as a gift.  To YOU.

I really am beyond thrilled that this little blog, just a wee 4+ months old, has acquired such a lovely, bright, inspiring group of readers.  Every time I sit down to write a post, I feel lucky and grateful.  I can't wait to share more with you all in the upcoming months.
