When it comes to colors, my favorites tend to be bright and primary (yellow and red) or neutral and classic (grey, white and black). I've never been all that into to jewel tones, but lately I find myself quite drawn to them. And when it comes to current color trends, the ultimate shade is emerald.
What are your thoughts on Pantone's 2013 color of the year? Are you an emerald fan?

Ever since I saw my school's production of "The Wiz" back in eight grade, where everyone wore emerald green for the emerald City scene, I have been dying to get my hands on an emerald green dress. Eventually that spilled over into "I want emerald green anything, as long as it's the right anything and the right emerald green." Unfortunately I've never come across that perfect emerald green item, but hopefully this will be the year! The odds are certainly in my favor anyway haha : ]
