This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Kleenex but all my opinions are my own. #KleenexAllergy #pmedia http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO
It happens like clockwork you guys. Every time the seasons change, new allergies seem to pop up and subsequently take over my life. My eyes become bloodshot and watery, my eyelids itch, my lips get dry and chapped, and my nose turns into a faucet, resulting in a gloriously red, chafed nightmare as a result of constant wiping. This year has been even worse allergy-wise, thanks to pregnancy hormones creating extra stuffiness (coupled with the fact that I can't take allergy medication). Good times! Thankfully, I do have a few saving graces: hot peppermint tea, lots of calming lip balm, and several packages of Kleenex.
Robbie has allergies as well, so you can find boxes of Kleenex brand tissues throughout our house on a regular basis. You can also find Kleenex Pocket Packs (which I think have the cutest packaging ever) in my purse and in Robbie's work box when he's on the road with the band. Have you ever sneezed into your hand because you didn't have any Kleenex on hand? Yep, me too. It's pretty gross. Pocket Packs to the rescue.
Yes, this is a sponsored post, and yes, I'm working with Kleenex. But I'm being completely genuine when I say that we adore our Kleenex, especially this time of year. It's soft, it's soothing, and it's truly one of the best defenses against seasonal allergies that doesn't involve over-medicating. I am proud to sing its praises, and I'm not quite sure how I'd be getting through my current allergy craziness without it.
If you face the same predicament as me when it comes to seasonal allergies, here's a little something for you. Head on over to your local Target, buy yourself a Kleenex 4pack, and you'll get a free wallet pack (2-pk) or pocket pack (3-pk) while supplies left. Just click here to print the coupon, and you can join me in telling your allergies that they've got nothing on you.
Are you a seasonal allergy sufferer? What are your best defenses when they strike?
Thank you for supporting Bubby and Bean by allowing me to post occasional sponsored content. All sponsored posts feature products or services that I genuinely feel would be of interest to my readers.
i love my little travel kleenex. always have some with me. Damn allergies!
ReplyDeleteThis is probably going to sound a bit extreme, but I actually escaped seasonal allergies by moving away from home :) To be fair, I was planning the move anyway, but it certainly didn't hurt that my seasonal allergies largely dissipated when I did. Now if only my plant allergies would go away, all would be well!
ReplyDeletexox,

That's great that moving away helped so much!
