I'm fairly cetain that I've done post on gift wrapping every year since I started Bubby and Bean. I can't help it though. The act of wrapping gifts for my friends and family is equally (if not more) fun for me than picking out the gifts themselves. I won't have a lot of time for my annual wrapping fiesta this year, but I still want to be able to devote at least a little energy to making my packages pretty. And unlike every other year, I am vowing not to do it last minute (this 9 month baby belly isn't getting any smaller). So I did a little searching the other evening for wrapping inspiration to get myself motivated, and for this edition of '10 Great,' I'm sharing my 10 favorite finds with you.
Anybody else a wrapping dork like I am? Do you enjoy putting extra touches into your gift wrapping, or do you prefer to make it quick and easy?
Awesome wrapping, you are motivated girl. Your blog is one of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteI like wrapping gifts, too, especially when all of them coordinate. For the last couple of years I've been using a lot of kraft paper with various colors as accents. Everybody always knows when a gift is from us, haha.
ReplyDeleteAll of these are great, but I especially like #5 - I have a lot of washi tapes :)
ReplyDeleteI am a dork too :-) I love adding confetti and using magazine pages.
ReplyDeleteI'm stopping by from Blogging Buddies - great tips!

These are all such great ideas! I like putting extra touches on my packages, but I like keeping things simple, too. #10 looks right up my gift wrapping alley!
ReplyDeleteI love using washi tape, so I love #5, and I also really like #10. =0)
ReplyDeleteI think I enjoy the wrapping as much as I do the gift so I always try and make it special!
ReplyDeleteI love your selection! Very creative and inspiring.
Wonderful ideas! I love wrapping!!
ReplyDeleteI love the gold mistletoe. I've been looking all over for mistletoe recently and I can't find it, so frustrating!

ReplyDeleteThese all great ideas! I love the feather one. I'm not really into super traditional red and green xmas papers. I am also a wrapping dork.. =)

I always loved wrapping with brown paper and decorating it with markers, making brown paper bows (they type with all the layers in a circle). Now I have more ideas to push it further! Thanks!
