It's been far too long since I've paid homage to my most favorite of colors, the color of sunshine and lemon drops and all things cheerful. It's funny, the grasp that yellow has on me. My closet and home are covered in the most neutral of shades (black, white, and grey, the end), but there is one hue that breaks through that colorless barrier for me every time. When I'm driving and I see a field full of yellow flowers, I'll pull over. If I'm shopping and see a yellow dress, I'll try it on, regardless of style or cut. And with summer just a month away, I'm feeling yellow more than ever.

Yellow is my fav! Our bedroom and laundry room are painted yellow and I love how cheery they look. I definitely need to incorporate more yellow into my wardrobe - just bought a top similar off of Ebay to the dress you posted here!

I don't love it on its own, but paired with any one of my beloved neutrals - black, white or gray, it doesn't matter - it takes on a whole new level of style, sophistication and beauty in my eyes. I would love to pair that beautiful Pergamondo necklace with summery LBD and oversized sunglasses.
