It's been a few months since my last Links I Love post. I admittedly spend a lot less time on the internet during the summer, and that coupled with the fact that Emmett is nursing less at night (so those periods of random 3 AM surfing are becoming less frequent as well) is likely the reason for which I just haven't had as many cool links to share lately. Never fear though friends, I've got some gems to share today. You may also notice that this is a Thursday, and I usually reserve these posts as end-of-the-week send-offs on Fridays. But the kids and I are headed out on our first road trip without Robbie this morning, for a three day weekend down in Indianapolis. Three and a half hours in the car with the kids by myself could be pretty comical (it could also be torture), so I invite you to come along for the adventure over on my Snapchat (@bubbyandbean) if you're in the mood to join us. In the meantime, enjoy my favorite finds from the world wide web this week.
Justin Trudeau is so dreamy. These pictures of him marching in Toronto's Pride Parade are the best.
I found this article on how to raise brilliant children, according to science incredibly interesting. I'm looking forward to reading the book.
This dress, this dress, and this dress need to come live in my closet.
I've seen similar directions before, but it's always nice to have a refresh/reminder on how to fold a fitted sheet.
How about the super creative way this teen used Splash Mountain to come out? Love.
Michelle Obama learns to Snapchat (from the boys who started the Running Man Challenge).
So now I officially want a bun cuff.
This shirtdress (as seen in the image above), with is actually not something I'd normally consider to be "my style," is slaying me right now.
How to find out (and delete, if you choose) what Google knows about you.
Did you guys see these hilarious "animal fact" signs that someone posted all over the Los Angeles Zoo? Dying.
This mom photographed her own labor and birth. Pretty amazing.
I've been using essential oils for years, and very recently decided to start sharing them with friends and family. Check out my newest venture.
13 mothers talk about what it's like to go from one to two kids. I can relate to so much of this.
I'm admittedly not a huge Italian food fan (I know, I'm weird), but I'm pretty stoked to learn that it turns out pasta isn't as fattening as they thought.
Two of my favorite summertime treats in one: the watermelon margarita.

The Michelle Obama video is awesome! I'm not good at folding fitted sheets ;-) The fake animals facts are hilarious!
ReplyDeleteI won't lie, I had to laugh when I saw that our Prime Minister made the top of your list ;) Also - folding fitted sheets. Life is seriously too short to waste time on it, mine will always be wrinkled.
ReplyDeletexox,
Cee
Haha! Going to find you on Snapchat now.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of a bun cuff before. And I like the first dress, a lot!
