For the majority of my life I despised cooking, and while I'm admittedly still not that great at it, I'm slowly beginning to enjoy it more and more. I even have a recipe I'm sharing here later this week and two I'll be posting next week. Yep. I also have file going of saved recipes I've found online (all veg) that I want to try but haven't yet, including the ones you see above. I'll let you know if they're as good as they look, and/or if you make one of them, maybe you can come back and let me know?

These all look great! The beetroot and feta fritters are interesting. And I love miso soup :)
ReplyDeleteYum! These all look so good! Pinning.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, so much deliciousness in this post! I'm immediately bookmarking the beetroot and feta fritters, since I'm headed to Greece next week - and I'm sure real Greek feta is even more delicious than what we get in North America!
