This is a long time favorite in our house that we've recently updated to add different spices. It's incredibly easy to whip together with ingredients you most likely have on hand. (If you don't have salsa verde, you can use regular salsa instead.)
CREAMY YOGURT SALSA VERDE DIP
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup salsa verde
1/2 lime
chili powder
garlic powder
red pepper flakes
salt
In a medium to large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and salsa verde until well blended. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime, and add a pinch of each spice to taste. (I love me some heat, but you can omit the red pepper flakes if you prefer a more mild version.) Stir well and chill for 30 minutes.
So easy and so delicious. And also filled with protein, thanks to the Greek yogurt. Double win!
