It's starting to get harder to find new things to do in quarantine, but we continue to try to make the best of it. (Because really, what freaking else can we do?) Our favorite thing over the past week has been to take a little drive to this gorgeous yard/garden one town over and just stare at the tulips. We've gone four times now.
These are just quick photos I snapped on my phone, but I wanted to share, because this tulip garden has been such a mood booster for all of us. It's also become someone symbolist. See, this is the exact kind of thing we would have missed in the past, or just not had time to appreciate. So I'm trying to focus on that, in all aspects of life right now.
I hope these photos brightened your day a little, and maybe even served as a reminder that there is beauty in slowing down and stopping to smell the, errr, tulips. (So cheesy but I had to.) Stay safe, friends.

ReplyDeleteI've been reading your posts, but haven't commented in a while. These last months have been a bit crazy.
