I'm not gonna lie. I love me a good Starbucks holiday drink. But I think they're too sweet, and have to be very specific about how I order them, which is annoying for everyone involved. Last year, I experimented at home with my own eggnog latte, and it was so, so good. Like ridiculously good. Scroll down for the recipe!
Eggnog Cinnamon Latte
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup coffee
1/2 cup eggnog or plant-based eggnog (we love oatmilk!)
cinnamon
Brew coffee (or if you're fancy, whip yourself up a real espresso) and pour into a mug. Heat eggnog in a sauce pan over low heat until warm and use
a whisk or hand frother to produce a foam. (Again, if you're fancy and have a real steamer, use that!) Immediately
pour over coffee. Top with cinnamon and serve.
