INGREDIENTS
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Drain and rinse black beans. In a bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Add a single layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Spread beans evenly on tortilla chips. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle with spice mixture. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes, until cheese is melted. Top with CHI-CHI's® Thick & Chunky Salsa, avocado, and jalapeño slices. Squeeze on a little lime. Serve immediately.
